INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To Install and run this software...

YOU MUST INSTALL
The last Adobe Reader (8...), the last QuickTime version, and the last Java Runtime Virtual Machine.
All these program are freely available on Internet.

Exit ALL programs (Especially Antivirus & Firewall)

Install the three programs
mentioned, and start the installation with the disk #2 with "installpc.exe", and then disk #3 with "installpc.exe"

At the end reboot your computer.

You will see a shortcut on your Desktop called “Dialogys MPF”

Double Click the shortcut to start the program

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the shortcut fails to run the program you will need to navigate to your “PROGRAM FILES” Folder then to the Dialogys folder. Run the program called “Dialogys.bat” and the software should run.

If the program starts but just appears as an empty area then the installation was not completed correctly.

Ensure you Action the installation EXACTLY as appears above

For French customers,
if you want an active "MR" box, ( Méthodes de Réparation), go in "Program Files", "Dialogys", "Data", "mrnt", and change the name of the repertoire  "en"  in "fr", but the documentation is in English!

Fully compatible with Win XP, NT and 2000 SP2
